Everything you need to know about Proof-of-Skill. Find answers to the most common questions below.
What is Proof-of-Skill?
Proof-of-Skill is a blockchain-based protocol that revolutionises hiring by verifying skills through real-world assignments assessed by three independent industry experts (Skill Validators). The result is a qualitative skill credential, known as a proof-of-skill, which is linked to government IDs (like AADHAR or SSN) to ensure authenticity and trust. By eliminating repetitive tests and focusing on skill-based hiring, Proof-of-Skill helps organisations save time and money while enabling candidates to showcase their true potential. Our vision is to make Proof-of-Skill the universal standard for skill-based hiring, empowering organisations to adopt a more efficient, fair, and reliable hiring process.
